Just a quick update on all things IT – I have 3 topics: Windows Updates (again), getting back on track with projects, and a certain someone who is having her 40th birthday tomorrow.
- Windows Updates. Another update-heavy month, with 129 known issues being addressed. We will be pushing these out aggressively, as usual, so we stay on top of them. - Getting Back on Track. We are going to get back on track with our proactive projects, such as phasing-out Windows Server 2012, improving information privacy at the workstation-level, and security perimeter testing starting in July, now that things have calmed down a bit.
- Personnel. A certain person whom we all know is having her 40th birthday tomorrow. I cannot tell you who it is for privacy reasons, but her initials are M-E-L-I-S-S-A. Torment her as you see fit. 😊 She might be hung-over on Thursday. 😉
